User Agreement (Terms of Service)

1. Agreement Acceptance
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“User”)
and Gahe Media (Hong Kong) Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Blocknow website, mobile application, or any related services (“Services”),
you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
- By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected to belong to minors.
3. Account Registration & Security
- Certain features require an active Blocknow account.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
- Unauthorized account use must be reported immediately.
- We may implement security checks for suspicious activity.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Upload, post, or distribute unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, disable, or interfere with the Services
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our consent
- Publish spam, advertisements, or malicious content
- Impersonate any person or organization
Important: All article content, news, and market data on Blocknow are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment or financial advice.
5. User Profile & Personal Data
You may modify your profile information, including:
- Avatar
- Nickname
- Account details
- Identity verification information (if applicable)
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All news, articles, UI design, code, and brand assets belong to the Company.
- You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without permission.
- By submitting content, you grant us a global, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use it to operate the Services.
7. Third-Party Services
Blocknow may include links or integrations with third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or security practices.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Services are provided “as is” without guarantees.
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of news or market data.
- We are not liable for losses caused by reliance on information from the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for data loss, crashes, or service interruptions.
10. Changes to the Agreement
- We may update this Agreement at any time.
- Changes take effect once posted on our website or app.
- Your continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Agreement.
11. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or harmful behavior.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
